MSc Body Psychologist · Online 1:1 Coaching
Stop trying to change behaviour without understanding why it exists in the first place.
You've tried the meal plans. You've tried the workouts. Some of them even worked, for a while.
The reason they didn't last is down to more than just willpower. It's that nobody ever worked out what was driving the behaviour underneath the food and training.
About
Most of my clients are like you. You sacrificed your health for your career, family, and relationships, doing whatever it took to get where you are now. You're not new to the gym, but you're not sure if what you're doing is right; it's just what you've always done. Information online is overwhelming, you don't know who to trust, and you're tired of a body that doesn't reflect the discipline you show everywhere else.
Because of all that, I know just how to help.
How it works
This isn't a static plan you're forced to fit your life around. It moves with you, from week one.
We collect data and assess your response. I look beneath the numbers for what's really driving the behaviour.
A fully bespoke training and nutrition plan goes in, built around your life, and adjusted weekly as we learn what actually works for you.
Training and diet keep evolving, but the goal shifts from a plan you follow to a way of operating you don't have to think about.
Coaching
Build the base, at your pace.
Everything in Foundation, plus real-time coaching.
Everything in Core, plus priority and proof.
The Proof
The other side
You wake up without having to negotiate whether today's the day you'll stick to what you said you'd do.
You look in the mirror and like the person looking back.
Food isn't an afterthought or a source of guilt any more.
The version of you that shows up to live your life finally matches the one in your head.
That's not a fantasy. That's reality, when you commit to the work.
Before you apply
Most people feel a shift within the first two to three weeks: less noise around food, more consistency with training. Visible physical change typically starts from weeks four to six. Bigger transformations take months, but the feeling that something has genuinely changed tends to come early.
That's exactly the kind of thing we build around. Most clients aren't people with simple, structured lives. They're busy people with unpredictable weeks, work travel, and social lives that don't pause. The whole point is building something that works in your actual life, not the version where everything goes smoothly.
The nutrition approach is built on understanding your relationship with food and making sustainable changes, not obsessing over numbers. Some people find tracking useful at certain points; others don't. We work out what suits you.
Yes. We'll be honest about how it affects the body and your sleep, and we'll factor it into how we approach nutrition. But the goal isn't to strip everything enjoyable from your life. That's not a sustainable way to live, and it's not how I coach.
Most coaching stops at the plan: what to eat, how to train. What's usually missing is the work underneath: the stress responses, the identity patterns, the habits that keep pulling things back. That's the part I focus on. The plan is necessary, but it's rarely the reason things don't stick.
The application isn't a commitment. It's a conversation. If you're on the fence, applying is the right move. It costs two minutes and gives you the information you need to make a proper decision. If it turns out it's not the right time, that's fine. There's no pressure.
Spots are limited and coaching is application-only.
