About
I didn't get into coaching because I had an easy relationship with my body.
I got into it because I didn't.
I've spent years studying psychology, training, and human behaviour.
The longer I did, the more I realised that most people's problem isn't knowing what to do. It's that knowledge alone rarely changes behaviour.
I have an MSc in Affective Disorders from King's College London and a BSc in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University. Before becoming a coach, I worked in mental health and later as a medical writer in the pharmaceutical industry, helping healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical companies communicate clinical research across psychiatry, neuroscience, oncology, and rare diseases.
I did this whilst competing as a classic bodybuilder, winning my first show in 2022.
Those observations became the foundation of body psychology.
Today, I work with people who are often successful in many areas of life but feel stuck with their health. Some are managing chronic health conditions. Some have spent years trapped in cycles of restriction and overeating. Others feel frustrated that the discipline they bring to their career never seems to translate to their body.
My job is to identify what's getting in your way and build a plan around the reality of your life.
Not a six-week transformation.
But an approach that helps you become the person who can sustain the results you're looking for.
The motif represents the layers that make up a person.
At first glance it resembles a fingerprint. A symbol of individuality. Look closer and it also resembles a contour map, reflecting the idea that every person arrives with a unique landscape of experiences, habits, beliefs and challenges.
