How we measure results.

Energy and mood

How you feel throughout the day is often the earliest signal that nutrition is working. Better energy and more stable mood usually show up before the scales move.

Digestion and gut health

Bloating, irregular digestion, and low energy after meals are not just annoying. They're informative. We track these and respond to them.

Body composition

Measured through how you look, feel and perform, rather than a single number that fluctuates for reasons entirely unrelated to fat loss.

Progress photos are available as an optional tracking tool if that's useful for you. They're never a requirement, and they're never shared without your explicit consent.

If you're already working with a personal trainer and want dedicated nutrition support, I offer standalone nutrition coaching designed to work alongside your existing programme.

This is for athletes who are training hard and not getting the results that effort should produce, usually because the nutrition side hasn't been given the same level of attention. We focus on fuelling for performance, body composition, recovery, and the psychological relationship with food that high-demand training environments often make worse.
